  As the 2025 Spring Festival Travel Rush begins, to enhance passenger service quality and create a safe, orderly and warm waiting environment, the Erdos Railway Service Depot of CR-Huhhot is focused on building the "Warm Travel Station" service brand, dedicated to providing passengers with a pleasant travel experience.

  Focusing on the theme of "warmth," the Erdos Railway Service Depot has carried out a comprehensive upgrade of station passenger services by improving facilities, service quality and staff attitudes. A special "Warm Travel Station" service team has been formed to offer one-stop services such as information consultation and ticketing assistance, with passenger satisfaction as a key indicator to assess the warmth of the service, the quality of attitudes and the practicality of the staff's approach. Additionally, a "Warm Travel Station" service desk has been set up in the waiting room, equipped with convenience items such as reading glasses, wheelchairs and stretchers. The waiting room, restrooms and mother-child rooms have been renovated to create a more welcoming, comfortable and convenient waiting environment.
