On October 30, at the construction site of the Jintang subsea tunnel on the Ningbo-Zhoushan Railway in Zhejiang, the "Dinghai" tunnel boring machine, jointly developed by China Railway 11th Bureau Group Corporation Limited and China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Corporation Limited, successfully surpassed the 1,000-meter mark in its excavation. This milestone signifies a new phase in the construction of the world's longest subsea high-speed railway tunnel.
