CR-Nanning: Strengthening Civil, Physical and Technical Defense to Enhance Safety Level

     Since the onset of the flood season, CR-Nanning has adhered to the principles of comprehensive flood prevention, year-round flood prevention, scientific flood prevention and precise flood prevention. It maintains a constant state of readiness, adhering to the motto "Prevent Floods, Address Risks and Respond to Disasters." It strictly implements safety measures during the flood season, strengthens the integrated safety guarantee system of civil defense, physical defense and technical defense, and further improves the level of flood prevention and safety.

　　Civil defense is strengthened to form a united front. CR-Nanning implements grid management for identifying and rectifying flood prevention risks and assessing flood control projects. It establishes a four-level grid management system within responsible units, comprising section leadership teams, workshop officials, work team leaders and employees. It appoints area managers, grid managers and grid members to enhance the precision of management. CR-Nanning also strengthens flood prevention safety training, conducts emergency drills, improves flood prevention plans, subdivides management units, and delegates flood prevention responsibilities at each level to promptly identify and eliminate hidden dangers. Personnel is organized to conduct outreach activities in communities, enterprises, villages and schools, disseminating information about road protection and advocating for railway safety through the promotion of the railway disaster emergency hotline "96116" and flood prevention knowledge. This effort further enhances flood prevention awareness and road protection consciousness among residents along the railway lines.
