National Railway Carry out Comprehensive Safety Inspection to Ensure Continued Transportation Safety and Stability

 【字体:

Recently, CR issued a directive requiring a comprehensive safety inspection across the entire railway network from the date of issuance until August 15. This initiative is aligned with the ongoing rectification efforts following the Central Inspection "Look-back" campaign, aimed at ensuring sustained and stable railway safety.

To ensure the effectiveness of the safety inspection, railway units are tasked with firmly establishing their responsibilities. They are to integrate this effort with activities during the "Safety Production Month," organizing detailed plans for the comprehensive safety inspection, specifying inspection priorities, methods, and requirements. Each department within CR will refine its specialized safety inspection plans, forming dedicated inspection teams to thoroughly conduct evaluations and self-reflections based on the "Four Checks" approach. The focus will be on identifying and resolving potential hazards. Any issues discovered during the inspection will be promptly logged into a risk repository for closed-loop management, ensuring that identified safety risks are genuinely eliminated and effectively controlled. Taking the opportunity of conducting comprehensive safety inspections, they will advance fundamental improvements in safety production, deepen and solidify railway safety infrastructure construction, and accelerate the establishment of a highly reliable modern railway safety assurance system.
